Contracts after the service ended?
As this client mentions, their previous website was made from a national well known company. This was their historical name, worn like a medal in the ad but in the actual contract the legal name was other.
This did not matter anymore to our client but was concerned with anothe rlegal contract where he needed to basically give every ID and signature possible to not get them sued.
After reading carefully the well written contracts (yes, two of them) the specific highlight to their -don't sue cause you don't have a website no more line goes here-. We recognize that is indeed, audacious. Certain to not be contacted anymore.
The happy ending in this story is that the right questions are always every single question you may have. As a client it is your property and legal right to ask and to understand.. We search for companies, products and services that serve us as well, like this,
